The Next Steps

Booking

Secure your date and time with a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due one month before your session. Once we agree on a date and time, we will send an online invoice to make payment.

Availability

Tuesday - Thursday | 8am-3pm

Saturday - Sunday are available upon request, if the team does not have an event that weekend.

Image Delivery

Final images will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Image retouching

An online link of all of the photos taken (proofs) will be sent to you to select your top photos. Once you’ve made your selections, we will begin the detailed retouching/editing process. The number of retouched photos are based on the package selected.

Posing

We will guide you throughout the entire session. We also enjoy candid moments!

What should I do to prepare?

Bring any props you'd like! Anything that may hold significance to you. A small bag/tote to put any loose items in while you're being photographed. I.E- water, phone, keys, wallet, comb, etc. Bring a sweat rag, water, hair brush and a little hairspray with you to handle last minute fly-aways, and a few make up essentials for any needed touch-ups right before the session.

Location & Concept

The location you decide on and the concept (outfits) are entirely up to you. We can send a list of locations to help get you started, but feel free to let us know what you discover as well, as we are constantly updating the list. We always enjoy fresh unique ideas from our clients! Feel free to share with us what you have in mind, such as a Pinterest board. Locations MUST BE CONFIRMED at least a month before the session.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make the photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.

Editing

All delivered images will be enhanced via post-production. This includes: airbrushing, color correction, cropping and various touch-ups.

Efficiency

Be sure to plan accordingly to ensure that we begin on schedule. We always want to maximize the experience, and we cannot extend the time of the session if you are late. Of course, certain circumstances may be out of your control. In these cases, we are willing to accommodate if possible. We strongly recommend scheduling your makeup/hair at least 3-5 hours before the photoshoot.

Weather

In the event that it rains or there is a storm, we will need to find a new date and try again. Rescheduling might not be an option for people with difficult or conflicting work schedules, sessions that require taking the day off of work, and situations where one or both people are traveling in from out of town. We understand that you may have also paid for services such as hair and makeup, so we try to make the decision to re-schedule as soon as possible.
